The purpose of this study is to analyze the motivations that drive different departments of the company to implement TQM through EFQM. Initially, the provided resources were reviewed, followed by the methodology, which includes descriptive analysis and factor analysis to determine the importance and structure of these motivations. Finally, different company departments and similar groups were examined using cluster analysis to identify their characteristics. The results indicate that, consistent with the main research, the most significant motivations driving the departments to implement TQM through EFQM are internal motivations. The structure of the motivations in this company, as identified in the primary research, includes three categories: internal reasons, required external reasons, and external market reasons. باتوجه به اجرای فرآیند مدیریت کیفیت جامع )TQM )از طریق مدل تعالی سازمانی EFQM در کشور اسپانیا، با الگو برداری ازنتایج حاصله ، تصمیم بر این گرفته شد درشرکت سیمان فارس نو نیز انجام شود. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل انگیزه هایی است که بخشهای مختلف شرکت را برای پیاده سازی TQM ازطریق EFQM هدایت می کنند. در ابتدا منابع ارائه شده بررسی و به دنبال آن به روش شناسی خواهیم پرداخت که شامل تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی و تجزیه و تحلیل عاملی به منظور تعیین اهمیت و ساختار این انگیزه ها است. در نهایت، بخش های مختلف شرکت و گروه های اینچنینی برای تعیین مشخصات، توسط تجزیه و تحلیل خوشه ای، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند . نتایج نشان می دهد که مطابق با پژوهش اصلی، مهمترین انگیزه هایی که بخش های مختلف شرکت را برای پیاده سازی TQM از طریق EFQM هدایت می کنند، انگیزه های داخلی هستند. ساختار انگیزه ها در این شرکت مطابق با پژوهش انجام شده اصلی شامل سه گروه می باشد : دالیل داخلی، دالیل خارجی مورد نیاز و دالیل بازار خارجی. /downloadfilepdf/1149812
