The current research is of the basic research type, and in terms of the research method, it is a quasi-experimental type with a pre-test, post-test design with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all women suffering from panic disorder who referred to specialized psychiatric clinics in the 2nd district of Tehran in 2024 and who filed a case in the centers. The sampling method was available, and the sample size was 30 people. In order to collect data, Riff's psychological well-being questionnaire (1980) was used. In this study, the 12-session cognitive behavioral therapy protocol of Lehan and Hutton (Frey, 2007; Frey, 1999; Robert, 2010; and Keith, 2010) was implemented during 12 90-minute sessions. Descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, central dispersion statistics, etc.) and inferential statistics (variance analysis with repeated measurements) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy is effective on psychological well-being in people with panic disorder هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان شناختی- رفتاری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال پانیک بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی و به لحاظ روش پژوهش از نوع شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری، متشکل از کلیه زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک مراجعهکننده به کلینیک‌های تخصصی روانپزشکی منطقه 2 شهر تهران در سال 1403 بود که در مراکز تشکیل پرونده دادند، بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بود و حجم نمونه 30 نفر انتخاب گردید. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1980) بهره گرفته شد. در این پژوهش پروتکل درمان شناختی رفتاری 12 جلسه ای لیهان و هاتون (فری، 2007؛ فری، 1999؛ روبرت، 2010 و کیت، 2010) در طی 12 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای اجرا شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد، آماره‌های پراکندگی مرکزی و...) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال پانیک موثر است. /downloadfilepdf/1204145
