In this regard, some issues such as keeping pace with the new necessities of the business world (speed, cheapness and similarity of electronic documents with data) have strengthened the idea of digitizing documents and international treaties. In this article, we will examine the dimensions of opportunities and threats of the digitization of documents and international treaties, emphasizing the role of current notaries and the principles and rules of document registration. Analyzing the articles of the Electronic Commerce Law, the Document and Real Estate Registration Law, the Notary Public Law, the Regulations of Electronic Service Offices, and the Model Notary Public Law will be the key to solving many issues and answering questions raised in the field of digitization of international documents and treaties, so that the opportunities and threats ahead in the system of electronicization of international documents and treaties can be identified. ظهور و گسترش پدیده «اینترنت» و رشد روزافزون تجارت الکترونیکی، تحول در ساختارهای سنتی مرتبط با امور اداری و تجاری را اجتناب‌ناپذیر ساخته است. در این راستا، برخی از مسائل چون همگامی با ضرورت¬های جدید دنیای تجارت (سرعت، ‌ارزانی و همسانی اسناد الکترونیکی با داده‌ها)، اندیشه دیجیتالی شدن اسناد و معاهدات بین¬المللی را تقویت کرده است. در این مقاله، با تأکید بر نقش دفاتر اسناد رسمی فعلی و اصول و قواعد ثبت اسناد، به بررسی ابعاد فرصت¬ها و تهدیدها دیجیتالی شدن اسناد و معاهدات بین¬المللی خواهیم پرداخت. تجزیه و تحلیل مواد قانون تجارت الکترونیکی، قانون ثبت اسناد و املاک، قانون دفاتر اسناد رسمی، آیین‌نامه دفاتر خدمات الکترونیکی و قانون نمونه دفاتر اسناد رسمی، راهگشای حل بسیاری از مسائل و پاسخ به پرسش‌های مطرح در زمینه دیجیتالی شدن اسناد و معاهدات بین¬المللی خواهد بود تا در نهایت فرصت¬ها و تهدیدهای پیش¬رو در نظام الکترونیکی شدن اسناد و معاهدات بین¬المللی شناسایی شوند. /downloadfilepdf/1265264
