However, benefiting from these God-given resources not only requires advanced equipment and specialized knowledge but also depends on a country's ability to confront maritime crimes, which pose a significant security challenge to maritime-oriented development. The Islamic Republic of Iran, given its strategic location in the waters of the Persian Gulf, the Sea of Oman, and the Caspian Sea, is exposed to various forms of maritime crimes. Therefore, it is essential for Iran to design and implement an effective model to ensure maritime security and counter maritime crimes as part of its efforts to promote maritime development. Accordingly, this applied research, with a developmental approach and using a descriptive-analytical method, aims to review Iran's past measures and examine the dimensions, components, and indicators of combating maritime crimes. The findings indicate that the key pillars of the proposed model include policy-making, economic, military-security, legal, international, environmental, and socio-cultural dimensions. فضاهای آبی (اقیانوس‌ها و دریاها ) به‌عنوان برگرفتن بخش عمده‌ای از سیاره زمین، در زمینه‌های مختلفی چون زنجیره تأمین کالا، مواد غذایی و انتقال انرژی با زندگی مردم کشورهای ساحلی گره‌خورده است اما بهره گرفتن از این نعمت خدادادی ، علاوه بر تجهیزات و تخصص‌های مرتبط، نیازمند توانایی کشورها برای مقابله با جرائم دریایی به‌عنوان یک چالش مهم امنیتی در جهت توسعه دریا محور می‌باشد جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز با دارا بودن موقعیت راهبردی در آبهای خلیج‌فارس، دریای عمان و دریای خزر، در معرض انواع جرائم دریایی قرار دارد و لازم است تا الگوی مناسب را برای تأمین امنیت دریایی و مقابله با جرائم در جهت پیشبرد توسعه دریا محور طراحی و اجرا نماید . بنابراین، این مقاله کاربردی با رویکرد توسعه¬ای و با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی قصد دارد تا با مرور اقدامات ایران درگذشته ، به بررسی ابعاد ،مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مقابله با جرائم دریایی بپردازد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که ابعاد سیاست‌گذاری ، اقتصادی ، نظامی – امنیتی ، حقوقی ، بین‌المللی ، زیست‌محیطی و فرهنگی - اجتماعی پایههای اصلی این الگو را تشکیل میدهند . /downloadfilepdf/1404570
