AI has rapidly expanded its influence across scientific, technical, and industrial fields, including the legal domain, casting its shadow over various professions within this sphere. The reason behind this lies in AI's remarkable speed and accuracy in processing vast amounts of data in a short period, consequently increasing the speed and precision of various human tasks. One such application is the use of AI as an advisor in judicial proceedings. This research aims to investigate the impact of AI on the future of law and judicial proceedings. Studies have shown that AI can contribute to improving judicial processes, predicting judicial decisions, evaluating legal documents, and even creating new laws. However, alongside the benefits of this technology, there are concerns and apprehensions, including the emergence of new legal issues and ethical challenges. Overall, AI has a profound impact on the legal field, necessitating further research and precautionary measures. هوش مصنوعی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین دستاوردهای انسان در قرن بیست و یکم بوده که پیشرفت تصاعدی آن در سالهای اخیر به عنوان یکی از فناوری‌های پیشرفته در حال توسعه شمرده شده است، همچنین هوش مصنوعی به سرعت در حال گسترش سیطرة خود در زمینه های علمی، فنی، صنایع و از جمله حوزه حقوق می باشد و سایة خود را بر مشاغل مختلف در این عرصه ها می¬گستراند. علت این امر را میتوان سرعت و دقت چشمگیر هوش مصنوعی در پردازش حجم بالایی از داده ها در زمانی کوتاه و بالتبع افزایش سرعت و دقت در انجام امور مختلف انسان دانست؛ یکی از این جنبه ها، استفاده از هوش مصنوعی به عنوان مشاور در رسیدگی های قضایی است. هدف از این پژوهش تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر آینده حقوق و رسیدگی های قضایی است. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند در بهبود فرآیندهای قضایی، پیش‌بینی تصمیمات قضایی، ارزیابی مدارک حقوقی و حتی ایجاد قوانین جدید کمک کند. اما در کنار مزایای این فناوری، نگرانی‌ها و مخاوفی نیز وجود دارد، از جمله بروز مسائل حقوقی جدید و مواجهه با چالش‌های اخلاقی. به‌طور کلی، هوش مصنوعی تأثیر ژرفی بر حوزه حقوق دارد و نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر و تدابیر احتیاطی در این زمینه وجود دارد /downloadfilepdf/921647
